A Note from our President, Doug Bachman:
Like you we are closely monitoring developments related to the COVID-19 virus. As recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention we are implementing best practices in our offices to better serve you. We are committed to providing quality service to customers and remind you that the health and safety of our customers, community members, and our Team is our primary concern. With that in mind we have suspended all non-essential travel, meetings, and seminars. In addition, we have suspended in person meetings in our Bella Vista office but will still meet face to face by advance appointment in our Bentonville office as needed.
In recent years we have invested in improving the ability of our Team members to work remotely. While we are not requiring Team members to work from home currently, we are encouraging them to do the right thing for themselves and their families. Whether our Team members are in the office or working remotely, we have the ability and desire to continue to provide responsive, high level service to you, our customers.
Village Insurance and the Insurance Companies we represent offer an array of digital tools and other options for self service and around the clock access to your policies including claims reporting. These services provide you with the flexibility that is crucial in this time of uncertainty.
