Customer Service Agent- BEntonville

Customer Service Agent Job Description: 

With limited supervision, a Customer Service Agent (CSA) provides top level customer service and administrative support by handling complex situations in multiple types of business based on the immediate needs of customers.  The incumbent will be required to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

o  Provide detailed support with an emphasis on organizational and communication skills

o  Draft letters, documents, collect and analyze information, initiate telecommunications such as answering emails, phones, and any other type of correspondence necessary.

o  Set appointments, set agendas for upcoming meetings, interact with key customers

o  Provide direct administrative and office management support

o  Manage and maintain schedules, tasks, and calendars

o  Work independently and research data when necessary to answer questions

o  Follow up requests for information as needed in a timely manner

o  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required. The role requires initiative and decisiveness combined with flexibility and a capacity to learn, give and receive feedback.  The ideal candidate should be a strong individual with excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication and technical skills.  The successful candidate will be both a self-starter who knows how to take initiative, be organized, manage multiple tasks, work within a team concept, and work effectively in a small and dynamic office. Excellent written and oral communications, attention to detail, problem solver with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and a commitment to outstanding customer service.  Candidates must possess a positive and collaborative approach to work with unquestionable ethics and personal integrity.  Be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Possess intellectual agility and the ability to analyze, think critically, and understand emerging issues that are directly relevant to customers. Ability to study, complete, and pass licensing requirements.
